Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 35 weeks 1 day
Size of baby: over 5lbs & 18 inches, size of a honeydew melon
Total Weight Gain/Loss: gained 18lbs
Maternity Clothes: pretty much everything and some maternity tops are getting too small [I've been told]!
Gender: BOY! Brayden Curtis Payne
Movement: punches from one side to the other, feet or a little tushy in my ribs, and feel hiccups from the outside [he gets them at least once a day if not more!]
Sleep: toss & turn all night, wake up to potty every couple hours
What I miss: sleeping thru the night, being able to bend over
Cravings: ceasar salads, chocolate
Symptons: constantly going to the bathroom [due to pressure], tiredness, some Braxton Hicks
Best Moment this week: going shopping on Saturday to get most of the stuff I still need for Brayden, washing all his new clothes and organizing his room with his Grandma & Auntie Nic Nic!!!
Comparison... With Kylie on the left and Brayden on the right!
BABY UPDATE:
Your baby doesn't have much room to maneuver now that he's over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew). Because it's so snug in your womb, he isn't likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete – he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.
