We give thanks to God in everything.... God gives us so much!
For the month of November, their Bible lessons will focus on having a thankful heart. They will continue to do more fall art like salt dough leaf magnets, Indian corn prints and Autumn trees. They will be talking about Old MacDonald had a Farm, The Three pigs and the Big Bad Wolf, and The 3 Billy Goats Gruff. They will use rhythm instruments, puppets, and flannel board figures to retell these silly stories. They'll play "Old MacDonald says" [Simon says] and "The Pigs Go Skipping".
There is no school on Friday, November 12th [staff day] and for Thanksgiving, on the 26th. On Thursday, November 18th, there will be a Potluck Dinner for everyone to celebrate Thanksgiving!
