Happy Grandparents Day!!!

We took these pictures for our parents for Grandparents Day! Since they left on that day for their cruise, they only got a card and were told they would have a surprise when they got back! They already have frames in their house we've given them on previous occasions so we are just updating those. On Thursday, Nicole is off from school so we plan on going out to their house and checking on their other dogs since they are still on their cruise. While we are there, we will update the frames. :)

Pre-school update! [September]

Kylie had a bunch of stuff in her bookbag when I picked her up from school! Everyone got the book "Clifford goes to school". She has a "communication" folder that stays in her bookbag except during school and she keeps it in her cubby. The folder is used for the take-home art projects, classroom schedule, monthly calendars, weekly newsletters, book order forms, school information, fundraiser details, etc.



On Monday, they have Music and on Tuesday, they have Chapel.

Kylie's 1st Day of Pre-school!

Today was Kylie's 1st day of her LAST year at pre-school!!!





I can't believe this is her last year in pre-school. She has gotten SO big!









I was a little nervous about dropping her off because towards the end of last school year, she would cry and her teacher would have to hold her while I left. I think a lot of it had to do with Brayden's birth and all that comes with that. So I was so proud of her today when she went right in after giving me a hug & kiss! After I left her school, I went to Target and got her a new movie she's been wanting. :) I just hope it continues to go well!

Happy Birthday Dad!!!

We celebrated Dad's birthday a couple days early because he had to work on his actual birthday. On Saturday, we all went to lunch at Red Lobster!

While we were finishing up and waiting to pay, Dad took the girls up front to check out the lobsters in the tank. I went up there to check on them and they were holding a lobster! So I ran and grabbed the camera...





Kylie wanted to touch every single one!



Then we all headed to Nicole's house for cake & ice cream and presents!

Meet & Greet

Today, Kylie had her Meet & Greet at school!

Kylie's teachers already knew who she was since she's been going to this school for 2 years [this is her 3rd year]. Her lead teacher, Ms Melinda seems very nice. She has some of the same kids from her class last year so she was really excited about that! I think there are 12 kids in her class, mainly girls [I think there are 4 boys]. I'm so excited for the things she's going to learn this year but also sad that this is her last year in pre-school here! Her first day of school is Tuesday, September 6th!
