This morning I got to sleep in! I have been pretty sick the last week and I was up at 5am coughing and took some cough medicine so it was nice to catch up on sleep. When I got up, Jacob was making pancakes! Then the kids gave me their presents to me. They gave me a card and Kylie wrote "Happy Mother's day" and signed her name. I also got a card from Jacob and they all got me a gift certificate to a spa! I can't wait to use that next week. I also got some stuff from Kylie that she made at school! :)

I got ready and Brayden & I met my Mom for lunch at Carrabba's and Jacob & Kylie went to lunch with his Mom at Bangkok Garden. After we finished lunch, we went to Toys R Us to look for some stuff for Kylie's birthday.Then I went home and Jacob & Kylie got into the car and we drove out to Bass Pro Shops in Hampton. Jacob wanted to get Kylie a regular size fishing rod for her birthday and she picked out a pink one! Then we checked out all the boats and walked around the store for a little bit before heading home.

After we got home, we ate dinner then went on a boat ride. I thought we were just going down the creek and coming back but we ended up going a little farther and did some fishing, trying out Kylie's new fishing rod!
